Have a powerful story on human rights? AVFEST 2024 FRAMES: FILIPINO SHORT FILM COMPETITION IS NOW OPEN FOR ENTRIES! If you're an up-and-coming Filipino filmmaker, this is your moment to showcase your creativity, activism, and vision to the world.
What We're Looking For:
- If you're Filipino, you're eligible to submit an entry!
- Original works only! We want to see your unique voice and perspective.
- Films should focus on human rights and explore themes like democracy, press freedom, disinformation, climate change, labor rights, or gender issues.
- All genres are welcome! Whether it's narrative, documentary, experimental, or animation—show us what you've got!
- Films should be produced between January 2023 and August 2024.
- Maximum running time is 20 minutes, including opening and closing credits.
- All entries must be submitted on or before September 8, 2024.
