MNL City Run: Freedom Run 2023 in Alabang | June 11, 2023

After the highly successful Heartbeat Run, MNL City Run announces their newest charitable event, the Freedom Run 2023. The race is set to be held on Independence Day and will benefit the Cerebral Palsy Super Warriors Philippines (CPSWP).

The Freedom Run 2023 will be held at Pacific Rim in Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City on June 11, 2023. Race distances are 3K, 5K, 10K and 16K.

MNL City Run believes that their events should not only promote a healthy lifestyle but also encourage runners to act for charity and support various causes, making a lasting impact on the community. CPSWP is a non-government organization that supports people with cerebral palsy and their families by organizing meaningful activities and fundraising events since 2017.

Cerebral palsy is a lifelong condition that affects body coordination skills, and according to CerebralPalsy.org, around two to three in 1,000 children have the condition. CPSWP is one of the organizations that have been instrumental in providing support to those affected by cerebral palsy.

With Freedom Run 2023, MNL City Run aims to help children with cerebral palsy live more fulfilling and independent lives. The event is a call to runners to support CPSWP and contribute to the cause. The City of Muntinlupa is collaborating with MNL City Run for this event.
