Call for Entries: Video Home Festival (Theme: Lockdown)

Video Home Festival (VHF), in cooperation with Movie Workers Welfare Foundation (MOWELFUND), Inc., is accepting entries until June 30, 2020. Theme: LOCKDOWN. You may have it in any genre that you prefer.

Proceeds of the screening/streaming donation will go to a group of Stuntmen/Talents through the MOWELFUND.

The following is the updated guidelines.

VHF VIDEO HOME FESTIVAL

Write. Shoot. Play.

Theme: Lockdown

Mechanics:

1. Open to all filmmakers;

2. Film length should be 7-15 minutes (including opening and closing credits);

3. Produced and shot starting April 16, 2020;

4. Using professional cameras or mobile phones;

5. Submit your entry by June 30, 2020 to drcarlbalitaproductions@gmail.com (link where the film can be downloaded);

6. Screening/Streaming Date: TBA;

7. Screening/Streaming Donation Proceeds will go to a group of Stuntmen/Talents through MOWELFUND;

8. Top 3 Films will receive ₱10,000, ₱7,000, & ₱5,000.

Criteria for Judging:

Story - 30%

Direction - 30%

Technical Aesthetics - 25%

Audience Engagement - 15%
