Titus Pens iDoodle Ballpen Art Contest 2015 Winners

Ely James Gumba of Cebu was hailed the grand champion of the Titus Pens iDoodle Battle of the Champions Ballpen Art Contest, a grand on-the-spot ballpen art competition held on December 18, 2015 at the Music Hall of SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City. Doodle enthusiasts and artists from the different parts of the Philippines have gathered together for a battle of the hands in drawing using only Titus ballpens. How cool is that?

On its third year, the Titus Pens iDoodle On-the-Spot Ballpen Art Contest held its “Battle of the Champions,” an assembly of 75 regional champions from Bacolod, Pampanga, Cebu, Manila, Dagupan, Iloilo, Davao, Bicol, Batangas, Cagayan de Oro, Bulacan, Cavite, Baguio, La Union and Dumaguete. The year-long competitions helped spread the word of “Visit the Philippines Year 2015,” the Department of Tourism’s campaign to attract both domestic and international visitors.

Battle of the Champions Winners:

Champion: Ely James Gumba (Cebu) - 91.57%

2nd place: Joshua Villena (Batangas) - 90.50%

3rd place: Artemio Bongawan Jr. (Davao) - 88.52%

4th place: Marion Rustell Helicame (Davao) - 88.52%

5th place: Cris Legaspi (Bacolod) - 88.42 %

Coinciding with the “Battle of the Champions” is Titus iDoodle Pasko sa Pinas On-the-Spot Ballpen Art Contest which was open to participants aged 10-25 years old.

Pasko sa 'Pinas Art Contest Winners:

Champion: Kristopher John Paguirigan - 96.67%

2nd place: Jonel Belmonte - 89 %

3rd place: Jerico Cedric Maravilla - 85.67 %
