Mister Venezuela is Mister International 2013; Mister Philippines is 4th runner-up

Mister Venezuela José Anmer Paredes won the Mister International 2013 title, besting other 37 candidates who competed at the Skenoo Hall, Gandaria City Mall in Jakarta, Indonesia on November 21, 2013. It was the 8th year that this pageant was held.

Mister Philippines Gil Wagas clinched the 4th runner-up title. Wagas believes that, "The SUCCESSFUL person is the INDIVIDUAL who forms the HABIT of doing what the FAILING PERSON doesn't like to do."
