Lifeline Foundation is channeling donations to East Africa with Rain 4 Africa: A Lifeline to Africa Run on November 13, 2011 at Westgate Center, Filinvest Corporate City in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
The goal of this project is to raise a lot of donations for our brothers and sisters in East Africa, which is now facing the worst famine crisis in 20 years. All proceeds and donations made during the run will go straight to the World Food Programme’s initiatives.

More than 29,000 Somali children under the age of 5
have died in just 3 months.
To us, Filipinos: 29,000 is the entire public elementary school population of Mandaluyong City.

Wear a bright shirt in solidarity with our brothers and sisters in Africa. It's for a good cause. For 3k runners, wear orange; 5k runners, wear green; and 10k runners, wear blue.
