Participants: must be under the age of 50
Time of Exhibition: Late Oct. 2009

Details:

• Entries must be 2008-09 original works (did not participate in the photography of similar events, not spliced in the computer or any processing); 10-inch photo print (to be sent to the Office of the Organizing Committee); digital photos not less than 2M (upload to the contest e-mail); number of entries: five (group) per person; group is available (group photography could be as one work).
• Entries could be in black and white, color (single, group (1 group is limited to 4-8 pics taken as 1 work (film and digital) ; must be made as photo, may not be framed.
• Put the name of the title, cameras, lens, film location, time, author's name, mailing address, telephone, mail and so on at the back of the entries.
• No Contest Evaluation Fee; send to: China-ASEAN Youth Creativity Contest Organizing Committee Office before Sept.10, 2009
• For entries that passed preliminary judging: author shall submit film works or CD burn w/in 1 week after the notice and mail to the Contest Organizing Committee for final judging (time and place for further notice); send also final judging assessment fee 100 yuan (30 USD for foreign author)

Awards:

• First Prize: 10000 RMB cash or its equivalent in photographic equipment or travel coupons (1 winner)
• Second Prize: 5000 RMB cash or its equivalent photographic equipment or travel coupons (3 winners)
• Third Prize: 2000 RMB cash or its equivalent photographic equipment or travel coupons (10 winners)
• Excellent Prize: 500 RMB cash or its equivalent photographic equipment or travel coupons (50 winners)

All albums of all the exhibited works will be published. Authors whose photo work has won selected or excellent award will be granted album.

Organizing Committee is not responsible for the loss of the works thru mail. Authors must be responsible for the entries' reputation rights, portrait rights, copyrights, and other legal obligations. Photo entries will not be returned. Failed film or CD works be returned in a month after the opening ceremony of the awarded artwork exhibition.

The host organization has the right to exhibit, research, photograph, publish and publicize the artworks.

The ownership of the selected photo works and excellent works belong to the Organizing Committee.
